Project chronicle – learn for the future

The log file of a project gives evidence to all the partners involved and builds trust.

Humus for further projects.

The History of the Consortium

What actually happened during the last years? Where have we met? How have we planned the work? How have we designed it?

How it’s done?
I enter into a continuous dialogue with the consortium. Depending on the project’s structure and description of action I ask the members of the team about their memories and results. In preparing the next meeting those notes are highlighted being authentic to the group’s progress. Thus, after a year a first one has an annual summary with the relevant results.
After the second year a further summary will be collected, during the following year a third conclusion is designed.
From these three annual pages I finally variegate the first page of the chronicle on the basis of the team’s opinion with the important cornerstones of the project.
In the book’s annex there are pictures of excursions, prototypes, meetings, dinners.
Hence, at the end of the project a portrait of the consortium has been created.
We prefer to communicate by email, telephone or web conference.
You can choose amongst different layouts and types of formats and binding, and a final draft before printing.
Print and bind. Go.
